OUR STORY
STARTS HERE.
Visit Titusville Florida, Inc. is a non-profit dedicated to preserving our history, protecting our lagoon, and educating the world on the Space Coast’s legacy.
More Than a Destination
Titusville is at a pivotal moment. As the gateway to space and the guardian of the Indian River Lagoon, we carry a responsibility to tell our story correctly. Our organization was founded to ensure that as visitors return to the Space Coast, they do so with an appreciation for our heritage and a respect for our environment. We are not just promoting a city; we are educating a global audience and revitalizing our community through sustainable engagement.
How We Serve the Community
01
Historic Preservation & Education
Titusville’s history is the history of flight, citrus, and the American dream. We are developing comprehensive educational programs to catalog and share these stories. From the windover archeological site to the Apollo era, we produce historic walking guides, interpretive signage, and digital archives that turn our city into a living museum for students and visitors.

02
Environmental Stewardship
The Indian River Lagoon is a national treasure. Our mission includes educating the public on how to interact with this delicate ecosystem responsibly. We promote eco-tourism best practices, organize community clean-ups, and distribute educational materials about the bioluminescence and wildlife that make our region unique.

03
Combating Community Deterioration
We actively work to reverse economic blight in our historic corridors. By driving “Heritage Tourism” specifically to distressed areas, we help create a sustainable economic base for small businesses. Our work relieves the burden on local government by managing visitor flow and promoting the adaptive reuse of historic buildings.

- Public Art & Beautification Grants
